myself: my name is Eugen Klein and I am a
British Columbia Canada
real estate broker who
specializes in marketing industrial, commercial, multi-family, and
investment projects. I operate from downtown Vancouver, British
Columbia, representing buyers and sellers in the local, national, and
international markets.
Background:
I was born and raised
here in Vancouver, specifically on the North Shore. I began at
Holy Trinity Elementary, to Collingwood School and then West
Vancouver Senior Secondary, where I graduated with an International Baccalaureate
Diploma. I commenced my undergraduate studies at the University of
British Columbia in the faculty of commerce, and obtained my Bachelor's
degree, specializing in the field of Urban Land Economics - application of
analytical and quantitative methods from Economics and Finance to the
study of urban land, housing, and commercial property markets. I
have remained committed to a program of education and self-improvement and
have obtained the following professional designations to enable me to
serve you better:

CRES - Certified Real
Estate Specialist (Real Estate Institute of Canada) - CRES members are
licensed, have at least two years experience, and meet the stringent
educational requirements.

ARM® - Accredited
Residential Manager® (Real Estate Institute of Canada) - designates
specialists who manage residential properties, enhancing the value of the
assets they oversee.

RI - (Real
Estate Institute of British
Columbia) - to obtain a RI designation, a real estate professional
must meet rigorous qualifications that guarantee a wider spectrum of real
estate knowledge than currently required by any individual real estate
sector.

FRI - Fellow of the
Real Estate Institute (Real Estate Institute of Canada)- FRI is Canada’s
most recognized real estate designation.

CCIM - A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a
recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real
estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate
owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,500
professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation.
My education has been
more than academic; I have over
20 years experience in real estate investment and property management.
At a very early age, I was directly involved in running the family
business: a holding company that manages diverse multi-tenant properties
and
investments. For the
past seven years I have worked as a
British Columbia Real
Estate Broker, building my success on a proven
record of
satisfied clients and referrals.
